Hello — I’m Ryan Hess, a Colorado-licensed attorney who believes that good lawyering starts with hard work and a genuine commitment to the people you serve. I help everyday Coloradans navigate some of life’s most important — and often most stressful — legal decisions with clarity, honesty, and care.
My practice focuses on unbundled legal services, giving clients straightforward legal help without unnecessary costs or complications. I built my practice on the same values that built my career — integrity, persistence, and a drive to do things the right way.
I earned my law degree from Purdue Global Law School while working full-time, a path that taught me discipline, grit, and the value of meeting people where they are. Before becoming an attorney, I spent over 15 years in law enforcement, gaining firsthand experience with the challenges working families face and the importance of trust when it matters most.

Leim -Partner (Unlicensed but Adorable)
Liem joined the firm after a brief but promising career in couch lounging. His daily responsibilities include heavy snoring and finding the most comfortable place in the office. Though lacking a law degree, Liem boasts an impressive track record in treat negotiations and persuasion via eye contact. He specializes in torts (preferably with peanut butter) and occasionally contributes to discovery — mostly of snacks hidden under desks.
Scout – Office Security and Treat Enforcement Division
Scout is the firm’s most vigilant employee, reporting for duty each morning precisely five minutes before the first snack break. Known for his unwavering commitment to both justice and food, Scout specializes in treat negotiations, doorbell defense, and evidence collection (particularly if it hits the floor).
He takes pride in his rapid response to all noises near the front door and maintains strict surveillance over any client suspected of carrying snacks. His legal instincts are matched only by his ability to look devastatingly cute during serious conversations.
When not on alert, Scout can be found napping in strategic high-traffic zones, reminding everyone of the importance of “work-life-bark balance.”
