Hello I'm Ryan Hess, a Colorado-licensed attorney with a passion for helping everyday people navigate some of life’s most important — and often most stressful — legal decisions. I focus my practice on estate planning and unbundled legal services because I believe that everyone, regardless of income or background, deserves access to clear, honest, and affordable legal guidance.
I earned my law degree from Purdue Global Law School, completing my legal education online while working full-time — an experience that taught me the value of discipline, hard work, and staying connected to the people I serve. I became a licensed attorney in 2021 and have been proudly practicing in Colorado since 2022.
Before becoming an attorney, I spent over 15 years working in law enforcement, where I gained firsthand insight into the challenges working-class families face and the importance of having someone trustworthy on your side. That experience continues to shape my legal practice today — grounded in service, integrity, and a commitment to helping people protect what matters most.
I was raised on the Western Slope of Colorado, and I’m proud to serve the community that shaped me. When you work with me, you won’t get cookie-cutter advice or just a document — you get straightforward legal help from someone who understands where you’re coming from.
